Job description

Mellors Care are looking for a Registered Manager for a Children's Home in Doncaster. This is a brand-new bespoke service, providing support for 2 young people with EBD.

The role will involve leading the service and ensuring staff and clients are supported. Other responsibilities will include:

• Working closely with Ofsted and Local Authority
• Managing the day-to-day running of the home
• Ensuring safe staffing through recruitment and staff rostering
• Ensuring compliance with regulations
• Implementing safeguarding and child protection procedures
