Job summary

A leading provider of children's homes is seeking a Children's Home Manager for a new EBD home in Nottingham. This permanent, full-time role offers a competitive salary of £55,800, including bonuses for performance. Ideal candidates will have Ofsted Registered Manager experience or significant Deputy Manager experience, along with a strong understanding of children's social care legislation.

Qualifications

• Previous Ofsted Registered Manager experience or extensive Deputy Manager experience (minimum 3 years).
• Strong knowledge of children's social care legislation and safeguarding.

Position Details

1. Children's Home Manager role, permanent, full-time
2. Location: Nottingham
3. Type: 4-bed home for young people with early trauma
4. Salary: £55,800 (including bonuses), with a base salary of £48,000 plus bonuses for Ofsted Outstanding and occupancy, plus on-call payments

Requirements

• Previous Ofsted Registered Manager experience or extensive Deputy Manager experience (minimum 3 years) in a children's home
• QCF Level 5 Leadership and Management
• Strong knowledge of children's social care legislation, Ofsted, safeguarding
• A positive, child-led approach in practice
