We're seeking an exceptional Registered Manager to nurture the service, where children with learning disabilities, autism and complex needs discover joy, safety and belonging. This is your chance to build a team that turns disabilities into possibilities through Makaton, Smartbox devices and inspirational outside-the-box thinking.
£50,000-£55,000 per annum + £15k potential bonuses
(£5k on registration | £5k at 12 months | £5k annual performance bonus)
Your Impact:
Champion non-verbal communication: Lead a home where picture boards, Makaton and Smartbox unlock potential
Sustain excellence: Maintain our Ofsted 'Good' rating while innovating care for children with autism, epilepsy and complex behaviours
Build dream teams: Recruit and mentor staff who celebrate every small victory
Create community connections: Ensure children enjoy local events, celebrations and fundraising
Balance compassion & compliance: Master Quality Standards, SCCIF and safeguarding with heart
Your Toolkit:
2+ years in children's residential care (1+ year supervising teams)
Level 3 in Children's Residential Care (Level 5 preferred/enrolling within 6 months)
Complex needs expertise: Experience with non-verbal communication, autism and challenging behaviours
Full UK manual driving licence (for community inclusion)
