A leading children's home service provider in Barnsley is looking for a Registered Manager to oversee their 2-bed facility. This role involves delivering exceptional care and managing a dedicated staff team. Location: Barnsley
Salary: £46,000 per annum (OTE up to £51,400 with Ofsted & Occupancy bonuses)
Working Hours: 39 hours per week (Full-time)
Employment Type: Permanent
Service: Children’s Home
Service Users: YPs with EBD, Trauma, Neglect, CSE, CCE
Qualifications Required: Level 4 Children, Young People and Families Practitioner or Level 3 Residential Childcare AND Level 5 Diploma in Leadership (or willingness to work towards)
Experience Required: 2 Years experience in a supervision role(s) within children's residential services
We are seeking a dynamic and passionate Deputy Manager looking to step up or a Registered Manager who is committed to providing outstanding care and support for young people in a 2-bed residential setting. The ideal candidate will be an inspirational leader, highly organised, and emotionally resilient with a clear understanding of safeguarding and child development. You must have experience in overseeing teams and services in a similar setting, and be confident managing resources and quality standards.
You will be joining a well-established provider that has been operating since 1993. This is a family-run organisation known for its high standards and person-centred approach to care.
