Job Title: Registered Manager
Location: Bradford, BD15
Salary: £50,000 – £65,000 per annum
Working Hours: Full-time
On Call: Minimal – on-call weekdays only -Additional rate paid if required to go into the home during on-call
Service: Children’s Home, Ofsted Regulated
Service Users: YPs with EBD (Emotional & Behavioural Difficulties)
Qualifications Required: Level 4 Children, Young People and Families Practitioner or Level 3 Residential Childcare, Level 5 in Leadership & Management (or willingness to work towards)
Experience in Years Required: Minimum 2 years’ experience working in an Ofsted Registered Children's Home
Employment Type: Permanent
A passionate, experienced, and confident Deputy Manager looking to step up to aRegistered Manager, who has a solid understanding of Ofsted requirements, will be knowledgeable about PACE or willing to embrace this therapeutic model and the unique needs of children in solo placements. You will value autonomy, thrive in a supportive environment, and be excited to shape a home from the ground up.

Individuals with only CQC experience and no Ofsted Registered Children’s Home background will not be considered.
