Pay rate: £48,000 - £53,000 per annum + bonus structure with the potential to earn up to £8,500.

This is a dual registered role, supporting a newly appointed Registered Manager.

Essential requirements:

• Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (England) or equivalent.
• A minimum of 2 years in a position relevant to the residential care of children (within the last 5 years).
• Full UK driving licence.
• The right to work in the UK.
• Applicants must be over 21 due to industry regulations.

Our homes offer crisis intervention and trauma-informed therapeutic care. Our young people participate in recreational activities tailored to their interests, such as cinema visits, swimming, and sports.
