Magnum Talent Ltd is working with an award-winning healthcare client in Coventry seeking a Registered Manager to support an established Domiciliary, Complex and Supported Living provider.
As the 2nd Registered Manager, you will help grow new business with local authorities and commissioners while ensuring smooth daily operations, leadership, and delivering quality care across complex packages.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years as a Registered Manager in health and social care.
- 3+ years' experience in Adult social care, Supported Living & Complex Packages.
- Experience with ICB/CHC funding processes.
Responsibilities
- Grow new business and network with local authorities and commissioners.
- Manage day-to-day Registered Manager operations.
