Job summary

Magnum Talent Ltd is seeking a Deputy Manager to work closely with the Registered Manager in planning, organising and managing care plans. You will lead a team of carers, coordinators and administrators, ensuring the highest standards of physical, social and emotional care are delivered in line with guidance.

Responsibilities

Assist the registered manager with day-to-day running.
Lead, inspire and develop a team of carers and coordinators.
Ensure compliance with CQC regulations and high care standards.
Oversee operations across domiciliary and supported living services.
Work with recruitment to attract and retain staff.
Conduct care planning and risk assessments to ensure safety.
Build relationships with clients, families and external stakeholders.
Drive service improvements and client satisfaction.
