Job summary

Right at Home Solent is recruiting a compliance-focused Registered Manager to lead our team in Southampton. You will work with a coordinating team and benefit from established processes, plus support from Marketing, Finance and team leaders.

You will drive quality care, ensure regulatory compliance and grow the new office, with a focus on developing staff and meeting client needs in a fast-paced environment. This is a full-time role with training and progression opportunities.

Qualifications

• Candidate holds or will work towards QCF Level 5 in Health and Social Care or has strong healthcare management experience.
• Has completed a QCF or related qualification in Health and Social Care.
• Experience managing people and driving results.
• Good knowledge of the care industry and balancing compliance with business needs.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the local Care team in Southampton and ensure service quality.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and company standards.
• Deliver continuous improvement and drive growth for the new office.
• Manage on-call schedule and respond to out-of-hours needs.

Qualifications & Experience

• The candidate will hold, or be willing to work towards, QCF Level 5 qualification in Health and Social Care OR have strong Management experience in Healthcare.

• Candidate has already completed an QCF or related qualification in Health and Social Care

• Has experience managing people and driving results.

• Must have good experience and knowledge of the Care Industry.

• Must be able to balance great compliance with the commercial needs of the business.

• Proficient use of MS Office, the ability to produce reports and good computer systems knowledge

• Self-motivated and flexible, with a willingness to participate in an on call system for out of office hours.

• Extremely well organised, excellent planning and prioritising ability with high attention to detail

Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 plus on-call pay and performance bonuses.

Mileage paid to visit client or travel related work.
