Job summary

Right at Home Solent & Southampton is seeking a dynamic Registered Manager to lead our care team from our central Southampton office. You will drive service quality with strong compliance, supported by a coordinated team, marketing, finance and team leaders already in place.

The role offers a salary of £37,000–£45,000 with on-call pay and performance bonuses, plus full training, a company pension and opportunities to grow the office and the business.

Qualifications

• The candidate will hold, or be willing to work towards, QCF Level 5 qualification in Health and Social Care or have strong management experience in healthcare.
• Experience managing teams and driving results in a care environment.
• Balance compliance with commercial needs while maintaining high standards of care.

Responsibilities

• Lead a dynamic care team with support from coordinating, marketing and finance staff.
• Grow and develop the new office to meet client needs and brand standards.
• Ensure quality of care and compliance with company values and regulatory requirements.
• Develop a strong team culture focused on excellence and continuous improvement.
• Be prepared for on-call duties to cover out-of-hours needs.

Qualifications & Experience

• The candidate will hold, or be willing to work towards, QCF Level 5 qualification in Health and Social Care OR have strong Management experience in Healthcare.

• Candidate has already completed an QCF or related qualification in Health and Social Care

• Has experience managing people and driving results.

• Must have good experience and knowledge of the Care Industry.

• Must be able to balance great compliance with the commercial needs of the business.

Salary: £37,000 - £45,000 plus on-call pay and performance bonuses.

Mileage paid to visit client or travel related work.
