Job summary

TTP plc is seeking an experienced Care Home Manager to lead a nursing, residential and dementia care home in the United Kingdom. You will be responsible for the day-to-day running, maintaining high standards of care, staff development and regulatory compliance.

You will manage relationships with residents and families, ensure CQC standards are met, and drive continuous improvement across operations. DBS checks are required for successful applicants.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years' experience as a Care Home Manager.
• Level 5 Leadership and Management qualification or equivalent.
• Strong knowledge of CQC requirements and care regulations.
• Excellent leadership, communication and operational management skills.
