Job summary

TTP plc seeks an experienced Care Home Manager to oversee a nursing, residential and dementia care home. You will manage day-to-day operations, uphold regulatory standards and create a positive environment for residents and staff.

Key responsibilities include leading the care team, delivering high-quality care, and maintaining strong relationships with residents, families and health professionals while ensuring governance and safeguarding compliance.

Qualifications

• Three years' experience as a Care Home Manager.
• Level 5 Leadership and Management qualification or equivalent.
• Strong knowledge of CQC requirements and care regulations.
