Job summary

Forest Care Selection is seeking a Registered Branch Manager for a well-established community care and supported living service in Manchester. You will lead the branch and staff delivering specialist care to people with a Learning Disability across Greater Manchester.

You will drive recruitment, training and administration, build strong relationships with local stakeholders and families, and use auditing to raise standards and deliver continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Experience holding registration for community care or supported living services.
• Track record of developing services to Good ratings.
• Experience leading specialist Learning Disability or Autism services preferred.
• Level 5 Health and Social Care or an equivalent leadership qualification.

Responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day running of an established service, maintaining compliance with all statutory and regulatory requirements.
• Drive recruitment, training and administration across the branch.
• Build strong relationships with local stakeholders and families.
• Use effective auditing to raise standards and deliver continuous improvement.
