Job summary

Care Outlook is recruiting a Branch Manager to lead the Brushett House extra care scheme in the South East. You will oversee day-to-day operations, ensure high-quality care, and maintain strong links with stakeholders including commissioners and families.

The role requires Level 5 leadership in health and social care, at least 3 years in domiciliary care management, and a full UK driving licence. Salary £30,000 plus benefits and ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• Level 5 in Health and Social Care leadership and management or equivalent.
• At least 3 years of managerial experience in domiciliary care.
• Full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Being a positive voice for the service by communicating with service users and their families in a dignified and person-centred way
• Deliver services effectively and efficiently, and have clear monitoring procedures and processes in place to ensure standards are continually met
• Provide management, leadership, and support to all staff
• Ensure good communication and links with all stakeholders regarding the provision of services, including commissioners, service users, relatives, social work teams, etc.
• Ensure that staff are trained for their roles and responsibilities and that all groups of staff within the team have access to appropriate training and learning opportunities.
• Put in place measures to comply with CQC regulations and work to achieve the best care standards possible

We are currently recruiting for a Registered Manager to lead our team at our Brushett House extra care scheme. The successful candidate will oversee the day-to‑day operations of the scheme and ensure the highest quality of care for our residents.
