Ready to Lead the Charge in Homeownership Housing? Become an Area Manager

Are you a natural leader with a passion for driving change and making a real difference in people's lives? Do you thrive in dynamic environments where no two days are the same?

We’re looking for a forward-thinking Area Manager to join our team. This role is about leading change, inspiring teams, and creating communities where people feel supported, safe, and empowered to thrive.

Location

Managing an area and team remotely, with regular travel across Herefordshire, Warwickshire, Worcestershire

Salary

Up to £46,537.30 per annum

Hours

37.5 hours per week

Responsibilities
  1. Manage and develop a team of housing and support colleagues, providing them with the tools and confidence to deliver excellent service.
  2. Implement innovative housing solutions, refine processes, and drive meaningful change.
  3. Collaborate with local authorities, health services, and community groups to ensure residents stay independent and connected.
  4. Identify opportunities, solve problems, and ensure housing services meet high standards.
