Job summary

Centrica plc is seeking a Regional Workplace Experience & Performance Lead for the South West England & Wales region. You will drive workplace performance, colleague experience and behavioural adoption across multiple sites, ensuring safe, inclusive and effective environments that support collaboration and learning.

You will partner with leaders to embed hybrid working practices, balance stakeholder needs, and act as an integrator across Workplace, Facilities Management and HSE teams.

Qualifications

• Experience managing or influencing performance across multiple sites.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive behavioural change.
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives.
• Experience in complex organisations with multiple stakeholder groups.
• Strong analytical capability to interpret data and translate insight into action.
• Excellent communication, engagement and influencing skills.
• Knowledge of hybrid working and activity-based working principles.

Responsibilities

• Own regional workplace performance and drive utilisation and colleague experience.
• Partner with leaders to embed effective workplace behaviours and hybrid practices.
• Act as regional integrator across Workplace, Facilities Management, HSE, Security and business leadership.
• Support governance with data, insights and recommendations for workplace performance.
• Foster an inclusive workplace experience and engage with stakeholders and communities.
