Job summary

360 TALENT LONDON is partnering with a heritage retail brand to recruit an HRBP for the Southwest England region. Hybrid working, salary around £45,000 plus benefits, and a remit spanning multiple stores.

You will be the go-to HR partner for Area Managers and Store Leaders, driving performance management, employee relations, and people initiatives on the ground. Expect to spend three days a week in stores, building relationships and solving problems as needed.

Qualifications

• Generalist HR experience or CIPD Level 5.
• Solid knowledge of current employment legislation.
• Retail multisite experience is advantageous.
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on advice and support to store leadership on people, process and policy.
• Own performance management activity across the region with clear objectives and feedback.
• Lead Employee Relations case management in line with ACAS best practice.
• Use data (case trends, turnover) to spot patterns and advise stakeholders.
• Drive HR initiatives such as talent development, engagement and organisational change.
• Work in stores to build relationships and solve problems on the ground.

HRBP - Regional - Southwest England

Hybrid

Salary - £45,000 plus benefits

We are partnered with a Heritage retail brand who are looking for a HRBP to support their store across the South West of England.

You’ll be the go-to HR Partner for Area Managers, Store Managers and Deputy Managers across your region, driving performance management, employee relations, and the people initiatives that keep the business moving. This is a field-based role: expect to be in stores at least three days a week, building relationships and solving problems on the ground.

The role:

• Bring the business agenda, people plan and colleague lifecycle to life across your region
• Provide hands‑on advice and support to store leadership on people, process and policy
• Own performance management activity across your region, clear objectives, effective feedback, better customer service outcomes
• Lead Employee Relations case management, in line with ACAS best practice
• Use data (case trends, turnover, etc.) to spot patterns and advise stakeholders
• Spot risk early, welfare, ER, recruitment, training and work with stakeholders to fix it
• Drive HR initiatives: talent development, engagement, management development, organisational change

What we are looking for:

• Generalist HR experience, or CIPD Level 5
• Solid, current knowledge of employment legislation
• Experience within Retail would be advantageous or within multisite business
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication, and genuinely strong active listening
