Job summary

Centrica is seeking a Regional Workplace Experience & Performance Lead to drive the performance and colleague experience across the South West England & Wales region. The role focuses on Cardiff and Reading as flagship hubs, with regular travel to other sites to support workplace outcomes and hybrid working practices.

You'll partner with leaders across Facilities, Health & Safety, Security and HR to translate insight into action, promote inclusive workplaces, and deliver value-driven

Qualifications

• Experience across multiple sites/regions and operational environments.
• Impactful interventions to improve colleague and workplace experiences.
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders without direct authority.
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and delivering improvements.

Responsibilities

• Own workplace performance outcomes across the South West England & Wales region.
• Ensure workplaces are used effectively for collaboration, learning and decision-making.
• Monitor data, identify trends and implement targeted interventions.
• Drive continuous improvement in colleague experience and workplace journey.
• Deliver value-for-money improvements and develop business cases when needed.
