Job summary

Bolt is seeking a Regional People Partner to work with regional and country leaders to translate business goals into people priorities across markets. You will identify local people needs through data and stakeholder conversations, shaping initiatives and policies while upholding Bolt’s culture and driving operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering a broad range of People programmes.
• Solid working knowledge of local labour law, including unions or employee representatives.
• Data-driven with the ability to translate insights into practical actions.
• Ability to balance global standards with local needs and markets.

Responsibilities

• Provide HR thought partnership to country and regional leaders to improve engagement and employee experience.
• Lead delivery of People initiatives (performance, succession, org design, comp reviews, D&I) across markets.
• Coach managers and educate on Bolt People processes and leadership topics.
• Lead employee relations, including disciplinary matters and unions, with strong compliance.
• Draft and implement in-country policies aligned with governance standards and manage provider relationships.
