Qualifications

• Proven experience in a senior workplace, facilities, or hospitality management role, preferably across multiple sites.
• Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to build and motivate high-performing teams.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and relationship-building abilities.
• Proficiency in workplace management systems and Microsoft Office applications.
• Good understanding of health and safety regulations and sustainability practices.
• Experience managing budgets and analysing financial performance data effectively.

Responsibilities

• Lead workplace teams across multiple sites to deliver outstanding service.
• Foster collaboration, professionalism, and continuous improvement.
• Oversee reception, cleaning, maintenance, catering, and events with SLA/KPI delivery.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor standards and address issues.
• Build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders as primary contact.
• Develop and implement workplace improvement, innovative solutions, and sustainability programmes.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety, ESG audits, and reporting obligations.
• Manage regional budgets, supplier agreements, expenses, and cost optimisation initiatives.
