South East Water UK is seeking an experienced Asset Owner to lead regional teams of Asset Management Planners and Modellers, translating long-term asset needs into costed options for AMP submissions. You will chair governance forums, manage regional risk and resilience, and sponsor complex regional investment schemes.

Qualifikationen

• Educated to degree level in a relevant discipline (Engineering, Water Management, Science or Business).
• Professional certification in Asset Management (IAM Certificate/Diploma) is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills for senior management.
• Ability to develop Regional Whole Life asset management strategies.

Aufgaben

• Lead day-to-day operations of a team of 8-10 Asset Management Planners and Modellers.
• Undertake delegated Asset Owner role for the Region’s water assets.
• Chair the Regional Risk & Resilience Forum and manage risks and investment needs.
• Act as Project Sponsor for complex regional investment schemes.
• Oversee development of Regional AM strategy and Operational Zone plans.
• Ensure modelling supports decision making for demand, schemes and incidents.
