Job summary

South East Water Limited seeks an Asset Owner to lead a regional team of Asset Management Planners and Modellers in the Sussex/West region. The role chairs the Regional Risk & Resilience Forum and translates regional needs into investment plans over the life of assets to maintain service and address future resilience.

The post will also oversee complex schemes, work with Water Supply, Water Quality and Engineering, and report to governance boards. A degree and IAM cert is desirable.

Qualifications

• Educated to degree level in a relevant discipline or equivalent experience.
• Professional certification in Asset Management (IAM) desirable.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills with senior management.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of 8-10 Asset Management Planners and Modellers.
• Chair the Regional Risk & Resilience Forum and manage investment needs.
• Develop Regional AM strategy and Operational Zone Asset management Plans.
