Southern Water is seeking an Asset Investment Manager (Wastewater Treatment) to lead a strategically important wastewater programme, delivering regulatory and business outcomes and building a robust Strategic Programme Execution Plan for assets.

• Extensive experience in infrastructure or regulated utilities.
• Proven ability to develop investment strategies and business cases.
• Strong financial acumen and budget management.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams.
• Excellent communication with executives and regulators.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership across governance, risk and investment prioritisation.
• Champion innovation and evidence-based decision making.
• Act as subject matter authority for the programme with stakeholders.
• Own submissions for regulatory price reviews and build investment cases.
• Manage investment portfolios with whole-life cost focus.
• Drive optimisation of scope and delivery plans to meet regulatory commitments.
