Job summary

HC-One is seeking a Training Facilitator to deliver mandatory and practice development training across a designated North East region. This field-based role requires travel around North England and comes with a car allowance, working closely with Home Managers to ensure training is relevant, well-attended and embedded in day-to-day care.

You will run face-to-face sessions, practical skills demonstrations, and on-the-job coaching, build relationships with Home Managers, identify training needs,

Qualifications

• Experience delivering mandatory and practice development training to care staff.
• Ability to work across multiple homes and regions.
• Strong record-keeping of attendance and completion rates.

Responsibilities

• Deliver mandatory and statutory training across allocated homes.
• Conduct practical skills sessions and on-the-job coaching.
• Support induction of new starters and onboarding.
• Maintain and input training records in the LMS.
• Identify training needs and work with Home Managers to address gaps.
• Provide feedback and contribute to continuous training improvement.
