Job summary

HC-One Ltd. is seeking a Training Facilitator to deliver mandatory and practice development training across a North East region of HC-One homes.

This field-based role involves travel with a car allowance to support delivery in care settings, ensuring staff have the knowledge and competence for safe, person-centred care. You will deliver a mix of classroom, practical skills demonstrations, and on-the-job coaching, with reporting to the Head of Training and Practice Development.

Qualifications

• Deliver mandatory and statutory training to care and support staff across designated HC-One homes.

Responsibilities

• Deliver full range of mandatory training across homes, ensuring compliance with group framework and regulatory requirements.
• Deliver practical skills sessions and on-the-job coaching to staff in homes.
• Maintain attendance and completion records in the LMS and provide visibility of training compliance.
• Identify training needs with Home Managers and plan activities to embed learning.
