Job summary

HC-One Ltd. is seeking a seasoned, field-based regional leader to oversee a portfolio of care homes, delivering safe, high-quality, person-centred care while driving sustainable commercial performance.

Reporting to the Regional Director, you will coach Home Managers, develop leadership capability, and use data to improve quality and regulatory outcomes across the portfolio. Regular travel and on-call participation are required.

Qualifications

Significant senior operational leadership experience across multiple care services.
Strong understanding of CQC, Care Inspectorate and CIW regulatory frameworks.
Proven experience leading Home Managers to improve quality and regulatory outcomes.
Demonstrable success managing occupancy, budgets, labour costs and efficiency.
Experience delivering service improvements and leading organizational change.
Excellent leadership, coaching and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

Lead and develop a portfolio of care homes to deliver high-quality, person-centred care.
Coach Home Managers and drive recruitment, succession planning and development.
Monitor performance across quality, occupancy and financial results.
Use data to identify opportunities, drive improvements and manage risk.
Represent HC-One with commissioners and external partners within the region.
Travel regularly across portfolio and participate in regional on-call rota.
