Job summary

HC-One is seeking a Training Facilitator to deliver mandatory and practice development training across a group of homes. You will conduct face-to-face sessions, practical demonstrations, and on-the-job coaching, working with Home Managers to ensure training is relevant and embedded in everyday care practice.

• Experienced care professional with passion for sharing knowledge and developing others.
• Delivers training in homes using face-to-face sessions, practical demonstrations and on-the-job coaching.
• Works with Home Managers to ensure training is relevant and embedded in day-to-day practice.

Responsibilities

• Deliver mandatory and statutory training to care staff across allocated homes.
• Ensure training sessions are well-planned, resourced and delivered to a high standard.
• Maintain attendance and completion records in the LMS and provide visibility of compliance.
• Monitor mandatory training compliance and escalate persistent non-compliance.
• Provide on-the-job coaching during home visits to build competence and confidence.
• Support induction of new starters and onboarding within allocated homes.
• Identify training needs with Home Managers and plan activity accordingly.
• Collect and review delegate feedback to improve delivery.
