Job summary

HC-One Ltd. is looking for a Training Facilitator to deliver mandatory and development training to care and support staff across HC-One homes in Scotland.

The role involves in‑home delivery, practical skills sessions, and on‑the‑job coaching, working with Home Managers to ensure training is relevant, accessible, and embedded in daily practice. You will support induction, competency assessments, e‑learning, and blended learning, while maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with

Qualifications

• Experienced care professional with a passion for sharing knowledge.
• Ability to deliver training to a diverse adult workforce across multiple homes.
• Strong communication, coaching and feedback skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver mandatory and statutory training to care and support staff in HC-One homes.
• Provide practice development training on clinical and care topics.
• Offer on‑the‑job coaching and induction for new starters.
• Build effective relationships with Home Managers and identify training needs.
• Ensure training records and compliance are maintained in the LMS.
• Monitor training uptake and escalate non‑compliance when needed.
• Support e‑learning and blended learning activities across homes.
• Contribute to the evaluation and continuous improvement of training programmes.
