Job summary

HC-One is seeking a Training Facilitator to deliver mandatory and practice development training to care and support staff across designated HC-One homes. The role is field-based, reporting to the Head of Training and Practice Development, and focuses on ensuring staff have the knowledge and competence to deliver safe, high-quality, person-centred care.
