Job summary

Hilti Great Britain is seeking a Training Coordinator to own the operational heartbeat of Learning & Development across Northern Europe. You’ll manage programme scheduling, learner communications and reporting, ensuring environments are prepared and experiences consistently professional.

In this fixed-term role, you will support trainers, learners and leaders, enabling them to focus on developing people and driving business performance.

Qualifications

• Strong planning and coordination across multiple programmes and stakeholders.
• Excellent attention to detail in records, reporting and administration.
• Professional, service-led approach with a focus on a positive learner experience.
• Clear written and verbal communication with the ability to build trusted relationships.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate programme schedules, enrolment, invitations and attendance.
• Maintain learner records, reporting and data across learning platforms.
• Provide responsive, professional support to learners, managers, trainers and SMEs.
• Prepare training facilities, resources and hospitality to standard.
• Coordinate delegate activity across Northern European markets when required.
• Identify issues early and keep delivery on track.
• Streamline and improve L&D processes to be efficient and scalable.
