Job summary

Mitie Group plc. is seeking a Regional Training Manager for the SSC, based primarily in Gloucester with regular travel to Northern Ireland. You will lead training across SSC, deliver diverse training modalities, and ensure capability programs align with operational needs.

You will coach leaders, partner with People and Operations, and champion a strong training culture across Gloucester and NI, ensuring compliance and high standards in training delivery.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience delivering training in operational or multi-site environments.
• Strong facilitation and presentation capabilities to diverse audiences.
• Ability to identify capability gaps using data and insight and design solutions.
• Experience partnering with senior leaders and operations to align training with business needs.
• Proven ability to coach managers and build capability across teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate training across SSC.
• Deliver engaging classroom, on-site, virtual and blended training.
• Identify skills and capability gaps and implement training solutions.
• Support effective induction and onboarding for new colleagues.
• Deliver Train the Trainer activities when required.
• Support management, leadership and colleague capability programmes.
• Ensure training remains relevant to operational and colleague needs.
