OCS UK & Ireland is seeking a skilled Learning and Development Trainer to design and deliver contract-specific training across the South Wales region. You will work with senior managers to ensure compliant, practical learning solutions that boost operational capability and apprenticeship uptake.

Travel within the South Wales & South-West England region is required; overnight stays may be needed with costs covered by the employer. A recognised training qualification is essential.

Qualifications

• A recognised training qualification (e.g. Level 3 AET or CIPD or equivalent).
• First Aid instructor qualification desired, not required.
• Enhanced Physical Intervention desirable, not required.
• Strong verbal and written skills; ability to assimilate large amounts of data.
• Experience in fast-paced learning and development roles (FM security environment preferred).
• Experience in coordinating internal/external training resources to meet objectives.
• UK driving licence.

Responsabilités

• Design and deliver practical learning and development solutions that are contract compliant.
• Create, deliver and maintain contract-specific training materials.
• Provide regional training delivery within the geographical remit.
• Deliver training courses from the contract's 'skills matrix' for all staff.
• Support Apprenticeship pipeline growth and levy spend.
• Attend stakeholder meetings to update training activity.
• Liaise with operational leads for apprenticeship requirements.
• Sign-off and align internal training content with stakeholders.
• Collaborate with L&D colleagues to ensure consistency.
