Job summary

Mitie Group plc is seeking a Regional Training Manager to lead learning and development across their allocated zone, ensuring colleagues have the knowledge, skills, and behaviours to meet operational standards and regulatory requirements.

You will deliver training across multi-site environments, oversee capability development, partner with line managers, and drive continuous improvement of learning products and delivery.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to deliver training across multi-site environments.
• Experience delivering field-based training and working with diverse audiences.
• Ability to build relationships at all organisational levels.
• Proficiency with MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
• Valid SIA licence and UK driving licence.
• Desirable: L&D qualification (CIPD or equivalent).

Responsibilities

• Lead learning delivery and development across a regional zone.
• Coordinate mandatory and regulatory training and audits.
• Collaborate with managers and ODLs to align with contract strategy.
• Develop and improve digital and contract-specific learning products.
• Support continuous improvement in officer development.
