Job summary

Hariley Solutions is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to lead equipment sales across the UK from our Birmingham base. You will own the regional strategy, build long-lasting customer relationships and pursue new business opportunities within a specialist industrial market.

You will report to the Managing Director and drive revenue growth, forecast activity and collaborate with internal teams to craft compelling proposals.

Qualifications

• B2B technical sales experience, ideally in capital equipment or engineered solutions.
• Strong knowledge of your market and competitors.
• Experience managing complex sales with long lead times.
• Proven ability to develop customer relationships and win new business.
• Solid understanding of sales, marketing, accounts and profitability.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
• Identify and secure new business opportunities while expanding existing accounts.
• Build strong relationships with customers, decision-makers and industry contacts.
• Understand market needs, customer requirements and competitor activity.
• Manage full sales cycle from initial discussions to securing orders.
• Collaborate with internal teams to tailor proposals to customer needs.
• Prepare accurate sales forecasts and report on pipeline activity and trends.
• Develop understanding of pricing, margins and account performance.
• Represent the business at customer meetings, trade shows and events.
• Own regional sales activity and help shape future direction of the function.
