Landmarc Support Services Limited is seeking an experienced Regional Technical Manager to own the built estate across the northern region. You will lead a multidisciplinary technical team and ensure statutory compliance, risk management and sustainable asset delivery for Defence Training Estate projects.

You'll provide expert guidance to operations, clients, and stakeholders, develop estate management plans (IEMP, AMP, LMP) and act as regional authority on building services, safety and

Qualifications

• Experience leading technical teams within complex estates or facilities management.
• Strong knowledge of statutory compliance, health & safety and building services.
• Ability to interpret contractual requirements and provide technical assurance across sites.

Responsibilities

• Lead a multidisciplinary technical team across the northern region.
• Own key estate management plans (IEMP, AMP, LMP) and regulatory compliance.
• Provide guidance on maintenance, project delivery and audits.
• Build relationships with clients, statutory bodies and contractors.
