Job summary

Landmarc Support Services Limited is seeking a proactive Compliance Manager to lead Hard FM compliance across a regional portfolio. You will ensure statutory, regulatory, contractual, and health & safety compliance is maintained, working with operational teams, senior leadership and customers.

You will monitor safety across fire, gas, electrical, asbestos, legionella, and M&E systems, support audits, and drive improvements in governance and reporting while traveling nationally.

Qualifications

• Experience as Compliance Manager/Officer or similar in FM, Building Services or Defence.
• Strong knowledge of statutory and regulatory compliance for facilities management.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Act as regional lead and subject matter expert for Hard FM compliance.
• Provide compliance reports, performance data, risk updates and assurance information to customers and stakeholders.
• Support internal and external audits, inspections, assurance reviews and investigations.
• Monitor compliance across fire, gas, electrical, asbestos, legionella and M&E systems; manage documentation and records.
• Drive continuous improvement across compliance systems, governance and reporting.
