Job summary

Ashbrittle Limited, representing a Waltham Abbey-based residential developer, seeks an experienced Technical Manager to lead technical delivery across several sites from pre-acquisition through to construction completion.

You will coordinate architects, engineers and other design teams, review drawings and specifications, ensure compliance with building regulations and NHBC, and work with Construction, Commercial and Development teams to keep programmes on track.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering residential developments from pre-construction to handover.
• Strong knowledge of building regulations and NHBC standards.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and organisational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines with commercial awareness.

Our client is a Waltham Abbey based and growing residential developer with an excellent reputation for delivering high-quality new homes. Typically between 40 - 100 units per annum.

Due to continued growth, they are looking to appoint an experienced Technical Manager to join their team and take responsibility for the technical delivery of a number of residential developments.

The successful candidate will manage projects from pre-acquisition and planning through to construction and completion, working closely with internal teams, consultants, contractors and external stakeholders.

The Role

• Managing the technical delivery of multiple residential developments

About You

We are looking for a technically strong Technical Manager with experience within residential development or housebuilding.

• The ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
• A commercially aware and proactive approach
