Job summary

Ivy Resource Group are working with a well-established House Builder to recruit an experienced Technical Manager for a permanent role based in Leominster.

As Technical Manager you will lead the delivery of technical design across residential developments in your region, managing Senior Technical Coordinators, Technical Coordinators, Assistants and Trainees, and ensuring outputs support programme, quality, and budget.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the regional technical function to ensure on-time delivery, standard compliance and adherence to procedures.
• Oversee design programmes, prepare reports, monitor milestones and update the Regional Director.
• Review and approve consultant appointments, negotiate scopes, warranties and fees.
• Drive coordination of design outputs to meet Employers Requirements and statutory standards.
• Ensure planning conditions and statutory approvals are discharged; liaise with authorities and utilities.
