Job summary

Martin Veasey Talent Solutions recruiting a Senior Technical Manager to lead the regional aggregates and asphalt technical team across Bristol and South Wales. You will shape the technical agenda, ensure product conformity, UKCA certification, and contribute to major bids with robust pavement design and laboratory oversight.

Qualifications

• Senior technical leadership experience in aggregates, asphalt or related heavy materials.
• Proven ability to deliver against quality, safety and financial targets.
• Experience working with industry standards and product conformity requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead the regional technical strategy for aggregates and asphalt across Bristol and South Wales.
• Ensure product conformity, UKCA certification and laboratory performance for major bids.
• Represent the technical face of the business to customers, engineers and authorities; develop the next generation of leaders.
