About the Role
A leading nursery group is seeking a Regional Support Manager to join their expanding team. This is a pivotal role, offering the chance to lead and support multiple nursery settings, ensuring high standards of care and compliance while mentoring local managers.

Requirements:
Level 3 qualification or above in Early Years
Minimum 3 years’ experience in nursery/early years management
Strong understanding of Ofsted/regulatory inspections
Knowledge of safeguarding, health & safety and EYFS frameworks
Ability to mentor, coach, and drive performance across multiple sites
Excellent communication and time management skills
Flexible, proactive, and highly organised
Responsibilities:
Provide regional leadership support in the absence of the Regional Manager
Act as point of contact for urgent issues/incidents when required
Mentor and coach Nursery Managers to support their development
Support regional performance targets set by senior leadership
Temporarily manage settings if a Nursery Manager is absent
