ABOUT THE ROLE

WHO YOU ARE

We seek a smart, ambitious Regional Support Manager with a valid frontline SIA license, at least 3 years of security supervisory experience, and a Full UK Driver's License. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Create and manage recruitment adverts and interviews
  • Key holding and security responsibilities
  • Recruitment and onboarding of staff
  • Coordinate contract setup and ASM handovers
  • Prepare ASM task sheets and ensure documentation compliance
  • Handle payroll and KPI management
  • Coordinate vetting, HR paperwork, and V&C issues with relevant departments
  • Oversee site visits for compliance, welfare, wellbeing, and client service
  • Manage invoice processing and supplier quality
  • Deploy shifts and manage security officer non-compliance issues

Performance will be driven by a mindset of excellence, adaptability, collaboration, commercial awareness, and integrity.
