Job summary

GHG Solutions Ltd, a UK loss adjusting company, invites an experienced Subsidence Regional Manager to lead the Subsidence Specialist Team across the region. You will oversee end-to-end subsidence claims, drive performance, and foster client relationships.

The role requires strong leadership, deep subsidence knowledge, and a track record of achieving operational targets. Travel within the assigned region is expected; a competitive benefits package is provided.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
• 5+ years in subsidence claims management, supervisory or managerial role.
• Strong knowledge of subsidence principles, investigations and repair techniques.
• Excellent leadership and people management skills, with ability to inspire a team.

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate, and manage a team of subsidence specialists to ensure high performance and achieve goals.
• Oversee end-to-end subsidence claims within the region, ensuring compliance with policies and regulatory requirements.
• Provide guidance and technical expertise on complex/escalated cases.
