Job summary

Cardiff Metropolitan University is seeking a proactive Student Recruitment Manager to shape how we connect with prospective students. You will lead recruitment activities, create engaging communications, and travel across the UK to build relationships with feeder schools and communities.

You will bring experience in marketing or engagement roles, strong presentation skills, and the ability to design newsletters. A full driving licence and solid digital skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of the Higher Education application process (including UCAS).
• Experience in marketing or engagement-focused roles.
• Ability to work independently while connecting with diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Shape how we connect with future students locally, nationally and internationally.
• Deliver student recruitment activities aligning with strategy and targets.
• Create engaging presentations for feeder schools and colleges.
• Travel across the UK as required to support recruitment efforts.
