Job summary

Cardiff Met is seeking a Recruitment Advisor to attract, engage and appoint talented colleagues who will contribute to Strategy 2030. You will deliver and enhance our staff recruitment service, provide trusted advice, proactive support and a first‑class experience for candidates and hiring managers.

You'll design engaging job adverts and attraction campaigns, use data to inform decisions, lead projects to improve the service and strengthen our employer brand.

Qualifications

• Experience leading recruitment campaigns across diverse roles.
• Ability to design engaging recruitment campaigns and job adverts.
• Proven ability to advise stakeholders on best practice and legislation.

Responsibilities

• Lead recruitment campaigns, providing a proactive, responsive and high-quality service to hiring managers and candidates.
• Provide advice on recruitment best practice to ensure fair, inclusive and evidence-based processes.
• Design engaging adverts, attraction campaigns and social media content to showcase Cardiff Met as an employer of choice.
• Use data and insight to inform recruitment decisions, evaluate success and identify opportunities for service improvement.
• Lead projects that enhance our recruitment service and improve candidate and hiring manager experience.
