Job summary

Cardiff Met is seeking a dynamic marketer/engagement specialist to shape student recruitment and communications across local, national, and international audiences. The role involves campus and field-based activity with regular UK travel and close collaboration with the Marketing, Communications & Student Relationship team.

You will bring knowledge of UCAS, experience in marketing or engagement roles, and the ability to design newsletters and deliver engaging presentations to diverse audiences.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of the Higher Education application process (including UCAS).
• Experience in marketing or engagement-focused roles.
• Comfortable working independently and engaging with diverse audiences.
• Experience delivering effective presentations to groups.

Responsibilities

• Develop relationships with feeder schools and colleges to grow applications.
• Design and deliver engaging presentations bringing higher education to life for varied audiences.
• Contribute to and shape annual communications plans with compelling digital content and newsletters.
• Plan and deliver recruitment events that are inclusive and memorable.
