Job summary

University Academy 92 is seeking a Student Recruitment Officer to engage with prospective students, schools, colleges and communities, delivering presentations and events, building a strong pipeline across intakes, and following up with applicants to move from enquiry to enrolment.

You should have experience in student recruitment/outreach in higher education, be comfortable speaking to groups, and be able to manage multiple tasks while aiming for recruitment targets.

Qualifications

• Experience in student recruitment, outreach or widening participation in higher education.
• Comfortable delivering presentations, workshops or events to diverse groups.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, take ownership and work toward recruitment targets.

Responsibilities

• Deliver presentations and attend college visits, schools and community events.
• Build relationships with schools, colleges and community organisations to create a pipeline of prospective students.
• Follow up with applicants via calls, emails, events and other engagement activities to move from enquiry to enrolment.
• Test new outreach ideas and use data to understand what works and reach more potential students.
