Job summary

JBT Marel seeks an Area Sales Manager in the UK to drive sales of poultry processing solutions. You will collaborate with regional teams, develop market plans, and communicate value to customers at exhibitions, demos, and site visits.

The role requires 3+ years in international B2B sales of technical systems, fluency in English, and willingness to travel within the territory. You will report to the Regional Sales leadership and support partners globally.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or Engineering.
• 3 years' experience in outside B2B sales of technical/mechanical systems, preferably with an international company.
• Skills in software such as a CRM system, Microsoft Office.
• Excellent skills in written and verbal English.
• Commitment to travel within the assigned sales territory.
• Ability to work in a multicultural, multidisciplinary organization.

Responsibilities

• Work in close collaboration with Regional Sales Director, Account Managers, Distribution Partners, and Regional Sales Operations.
• Participate in establishing and implementing a structural industry market plan for a region.
• Drive the sales of complex solutions; justify their value and help increase market share.
• Support and train Account Managers within depth process knowledge.
• Realize sales targets in volume and margins.
• Maintain visit reports, opportunity registration and follow-up in CRM.
