Job summary

Industrial Connected Talent is supporting a well-established engineering technology business in the search for a Regional Account Manager to cover the Liverpool territory.

This is a hybrid sales role focused on developing new business, managing an existing customer base and selling software licence agreements into engineering and manufacturing companies. The role would suit an experienced salesperson from software, CAD, engineering technology or technical solutions sales.

Qualifications

• Proven sales or account management experience.
• Experience selling software licences, CAD packages or technical solutions would be advantageous.
• Background in engineering, product design or manufacturing would be beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities across the territory.
• Manage and grow an existing portfolio of customer accounts.
• Sell software licence agreements and technical solutions.
• Target engineering, design, medical, mechanical and manufacturing businesses.
• Build pipeline through prospecting, research, cold calling and appointment setting.
• Deliver presentations and demonstrations to key decision-makers.
• Attend exhibitions, conferences and networking events.
• Maintain accurate forecasts and sales activity reporting.
