Job summary

BSW Group seeks a SHE Business Partner to work with Site Management across multiple sites, supported by the Head of Health and Safety, ensuring compliance with company and legal standards.

You will lead Health, Safety, and Environmental initiatives, manage audits, risk assessments, and policy development while driving continuous improvement and staff engagement in a manufacturing/logistics environment.

Qualifications

• NEBOSH General Certificate or equivalent essential.
• Experience auditing ISO 9001, 14001 and 45001 preferred.
• Strong understanding of Health & Safety legislation and environmental aspects.

Responsibilities

• Lead SHE initiatives and drive accident prevention across multiple sites.
• Manage Risk Assessments, Fire Risk Assessments, and SOP development.
• Collate and analyse SHE metrics and report to regional management.
• Oversee LOLER, DSEAR, COSHH compliance and external authority liaison.
• Deliver SHE leadership development and toolbox talks.
