Job summary

2 Sisters Food Group at Willand in the UK is seeking an experienced Safety, Health and Environmental Manager to lead the site’s SHE strategy and report to the Site Director. This is a highly autonomous role requiring strong leadership and the ability to influence across the business.

You will line manage two SHE Advisors and oversee the security function, partnering with stakeholders to deliver a safe, compliant, and sustainable operation while driving continuous improvement and industry best

Qualifications

• Experience leading SHE strategy in large-scale manufacturing
• Proven track record of driving safety improvements
• Strong leadership and stakeholder engagement skills
• Knowledge of health, safety and environmental legislation in manufacturing

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and delivery of the site's SHE strategy
• Line manage two SHE Advisors and oversee security functions
• Drive a proactive safety culture across the site and mentor senior stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with all health, safety and environmental regulations and policies
• Provide expert SHE guidance to operations and leadership teams
